Mocha or Mochaccino must be one of the finest beverages that brings together coffee and chocolate! It can be enjoyed hot or iced and tweaked to suit your cheat day. A fun fact about Cafe Mocha is that it derives its name from the port city of Mokha in Yemen which was the center for early coffee trade.

Equipment required:
South Indian Filter for brewing the decoction
Slow Brewed Kaapi:
Ingredients:
- 30g of Love Kaapi’s Pure Kaapi coffee grounds
- 45g hot water 94-96 degrees for blooming
- 90g of Ice (this helps in slowing down the brew time)
- 45g room temperature water to avoid clumping of coffee.
This brewing is a slow process and takes upto 1.5 hours depending on the temperature in your kitchen & amp; can be further slowed down by putting the filter in the refrigerator.
Recipe:
In 2 tall glasses, add the chocolate syrup followed by cocoa powder and milk. Mix them well. Add ice if you want to relish this on a hot summer day and add a generous dollop of whipped cream if you like. Sprinkle some cocoa powder or cinnamon powder, although I recommend cinnamon powder to relish this drink that originated in Yemen which was at one time the only source of coffee to the world.
