Iced Kaapi is our take on a typical Cold coffee. A big plus about this recipe is that it can be used with a first brew or second brew based on how strong you want your drink to be. This one is also apt for the caffeine addicts who regularly stock up on cold brews.
Serves - 1
Ingredients:
- 6 cubes of Ice
- 45ml of sugar Syrup
- 60ml of Cold brew Coffee decoction (Coffee with Chicory)
- 1/3 Cup (80ml) of Milk boiled and cooled. (Strain and use the milk to remove any milk solids or the cream)
Method
- Take a clear Glass which can hold upto 250 ml of Liquid (water)
- Add 6 cubes of ice.
- Pour 45ml of sugar syrup followed by 80ml of milk.
- Add 60ml of brewed decoction into the glass.
- Stir well and serve.
