If you are addicted to the fall favourite of Starbucks “Pumpkin spiced Latte”, give this Indian version a try to bring that café vibe home!
Ingredients

- 4 TBSP of Hot brewed Kaapi decoction
- 4 TBSP of Sugar
- 250 ml of Hot Milk
- 1/4 Tsp Pumpkin spice
- Unsweetened Whipped Cream (Optional)
Method
- Take 2 clear glasses which can accommodate upto 150 ml of liquid.
- Take a bowl and pour the brewed Kaapi & white sugar. Stir the mixture thoroughly.
- Using a hand mixer, whip the mixture on medium speed. Move to high speed and keep whipping until the mixture turns thick. Add the hot milk along with the pumpkin spice and further whip until the mixture begins to froth.
- Pour into the glasses. Top up with a dollop of whipped cream and garish with a pinch of the pumpkin spice, a stick of Cinnamon and Star Anise if you like to be fancy.
